Pastor

Pastor Jared is a native of Southern Indiana. Born and raised near Salem, he grew up on his family's dairy farm. Jared was converted at the age of twelve and sensed the call to pastoral ministry in his senior year of high school. He holds a B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Boyce College and a Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jared has been Mt. Pleasant's pastor since May 2022 after serving as their interim pastor for one year.
