our vision for student ministry

We believe that children and youth (and adults) don't come to saving faith and grow through entertainment driven ministry;

although we have a ton of fun! We believe that the Word of God is what transforms people. Therefore, our children's and youth ministries are focused on Bible memorization, catechism (theological question and answers), and Christian worldview formation.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Children/Youth Sunday School meets every week at 9:30 am:

  • Age 2-10Teacher, Robin Berning

through Scripture memorization, question and answer, and Christian worldview formation. Children meet

  • 1st - 4th grade

    Sparks ignites the curiosity of early elementary-age kids to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ. Explore the biographies of people of the Bible from a new portion of Scripture, memorize Bible verses, and complete handbook activities

  • 5th - 6th grade

    In T&T we continue to teach our late-elementary kids the truth of God's Word, train them to follow Him, and practice His grace. Kids will explore the fundamental doctrines of Christianity including the character and nature of God, the redemption narrative, and key practices for followers of Jesus.

  • student ministry

    Trek challenges students to wrestle with the three most important questions they’re asking in, "Who am I? Why am I here? Who’s with me?" By allowing students to dive deep into the Scriptures and answer these questions for themselves we allow them to own their faith and discover what they actually believe.
